the hotel had a favourable and stunning location quite a walk from baker street. overall the room was newly renovated and high-class.

Comfortable bed, the room was nicely furnished and brand-new. City view here was stunningly beautiful. The location was convenient and easy, short walk to Baker Street and Marylebone tube station, Hyde park and...  

The hotel was recently renovated with top-class stuff and an ideal location to two different underground stations. The king room was well-equipped and great value in perfect cozy solo space with a private bathroom + shower, so that...  

Handy and easy location, we liked staying here.

Our room was neat and cheap with sofa, microwave, for example

Although the hotel is brand new, there was no bin in the room nor wardrobe. The room was not cleaned for two days. The bed was to small for a double bed.

No functioning Internet most of the time Tv fixed on wrong walls in most of rooms, impossible to watch

It's new, it's clean, it's well decorated, it looks good, the room had more facilities than normally for the price.

My room fronted on to Gloucester Place and is next to a bus stop. Got woken by every bus that stopped in the night. With all the good facilities that the hotel has, why is there no secondary glazing for noise?

Modern, clean. The rooms are like a small studio apartment for students with microwave, cutlery, washing up facilities. You could cook a basic meal . No facilities - dining room, lift etc just nicely decorated rooms but there are many small...

very small room no place to hang clothes peculiar supply of hot water my room was over the road and it was extremely noisy 2 floors no lift luggage carrying a real pain

It's proximity to Baker Street tube station.Smart well presented interior, with a welcoming entrance. For the price, well furnished comfortably apartment.

I found the traffic noise a little intrusive at the front of the building.

The location was excellent, we stayed in the first floor apartment which was spacious.

The fact that the heating kept knocking off and since it was the middle of December it was cool.
